SMB Inside Sales Executives (Full Time)

The SMB Sales Executives are a team of enthusiastic and ambitious people looking to over-achieve their targets and graduate from SMB sales to field-based Enterprise sales.

It is an exciting role that brings you in contact with professional procurement managers in different geographic territories and various industries.  Our on-boarding process includes the concept of procurement as a business process and the role technology plays in helping procurement managers achieve control of and reduction in spend for their business.

The mission of the SMB Sales Executive is to:

  • Prospect, develop, and close prospects for SourceDogg products
  • Research accounts, identify key players, generate interest and develop accounts to stimulate opportunity
  • Perform product demos using web tools to prospects and customers
  • Interact with prospects via telephone , email and online meetings
  • Become a trusted resource and develop superior relationships with prospects
  • Consistently achieve revenue objectives


  • Degree level qualification
  • Experience of on-quota transactional sales in a business environment
  • Selling B2B applications – preferably Cloud/SaaS
  • Experience in highly competitive markets
  • History of quota over-achievement
  • Call structure and control
  • Ability to work in a high-energy sales team environment; team player
  • Positive and energetic phone skills, excellent listening skills, strong writing skills
  • The highest level of integrity
  • Proficient with standard corporate productivity tools (email, voicemail, MS Office) and CRM
  • Previous structured sales training would be an advantage
  • Experience of procurement, sourcing or buying would be an advantage
  • Fluency in a second language is desirable but not essential


Excellent basic salary (negotiable depending on experience) plus exceptional bonus/commission
